Your product data, accurate everywhere it's used
Integrators, buying groups, reps, and software platforms pull product and contact data from the BlueDog Data Hub. Send it once and keep control of how much they see.
Become an official data partnerOfficial data & documentation partner
Name BlueDog as the authorized source for your product data and documentation. Integrators, buying groups, reps, and software platforms get your data from one place, and they know it came from you.
Your data, marked as yours
Partner data carries a Verified by brand mark everywhere members see it.
Price lists, specs, and documentation
Spec sheets, manuals, accessories, and price lists in one place, kept current as you update them.
One contact for the whole channel
Send updates to BlueDog instead of to every dealer, buying group, and software vendor.
You keep control
Choose your permission level, and change it whenever you need to.
One submission, many destinations
Stop sending the same price list to every buying group, rep firm, and software vendor. Connected platforms read from the hub.
Your format, our standards
Spreadsheets, PDFs, and exports are mapped into a consistent structure, so specs and pricing read the same across brands.
Current pricing in every proposal
When your price list changes, members working from the hub get the update instead of quoting last year's numbers.
You set the permissions
Choose a permission level per brand. Change it at any time, or opt out entirely.
Permission levels
Data is only visible to BlueDog members, and only at the level you choose.
Four catalog levels
Estimate and Price Book data come from brands and vendors. BlueDog appends two proprietary levels on top: labor and accessories, then the data needed for engineering and CAD drawings.

All items "each" quantity w/few special exceptions (e.g. vertical center channel speaker form factor w/speakers on sides of display). Any bulk items reduced to each quantity will be tagged in brackets as such in the Part No field (e.g. [EACH]), any bulk items included that are not divided will be tagged in brackets as such in the Model field (e.g. [PAIR, SPOOL, BAG, etc]).
Accessories are introduced at the Operational level, including "Do Not Order" items. Do Not Order accessories are used for generating labor budgets in proposals, placeholders for serial number for inventory tracking and for dimensions and IO's for engineering drawings.
Labor is introduced at the Operational level with every item having Install Phase and Labor hours assigned.

How it works
Send your data
Price lists, spec sheets, manuals, and contacts, in whatever format you maintain them.
We standardize it
Our data team maps each file to hub standards and checks price changes before anything is published.
Members use it
Integrators, buying groups, reps, and connected apps see your data at the permission level you set.
